Kat takes her years of knowledge and experience and makes it work for each individual. Before beginning to make a plan, Kat didn’t ask me to fill out a questionnaire, she asked to get on a video call and got to know me, how I work, what I need, what my goals were, what's failed me in the past and how she can work with me. Then she made me a personalized plan, that incorporated a nutrition/meal plan (which wasn’t a diet, but a sustainable lifestyle change), workout routine, and tips and tricks keep me on track and motivated. With constant and continual attention, she's always ready to answer my questions and is my cheerleader.
